                    NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

                      Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of North York Soccer Association will take place on

 

Saturday, April 25, 2020

starting at 9:00am sharp at the

Herbert Carnegie Centennial Centre

Silver Blade Room

580 Finch Avenue West

North York

 

Pursuant to our Constitution all members must, by no later than

12:00pm February 1, 2020

 

1. Pay any monies owed; and
2. Provide the following:
1. Membership Application Form signed by the President or the Secretary (a form is attached)
2. Copy of Articles of Incorporation as a not for Profit Organization
3. List of elected and appointed officers for the 2020 season
4. A copy of club’s last published constitution, plus copies of any amendments approved since its publication. This Constitution must meet the Ontario Soccer minimum requirements
5. Audited Financial Statement
6. Membership fee of $100.00
7. Copy of club’s registration form conforming to OS’s & NYSA’s minimum requirements
8. A copy of Club’s Harassment and Volunteer Screening Policies

 

Any organization not meeting these requirements will not be able to attend the AGM in any capacity and must cease any soccer activities within the North York Association and Ontario Soccer.

 

Per our Constitution, a fine of $50.00 will be assessed for non-attendance. A proxy form is also attached.

 

Full breakfast and refreshments will be served.
